Thread: I AM DONE

  1. #1

Default I am done. Retirement here I come.

Well folks - I am officially retired.

After 38 years of a sim tech I am officially finished. No more mids, no more hydraulic stained shirts, no more working on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.

I'm no longer webmaster here as I've passed on the forum as well.

I'll still be around but my shop days are over.

Time for normal sleeping and eating hours, well deserved and hope you enjoy the time.

Default Best of Luck to you Andy

I hope you have a long and happy retirement. It's been a pleasure to know you.

    Thank you everyone -

My choice to retire happened sooner that I had wanted it to but a few years ago I got in a car accident which messed up my back and it's been tough doing stairs and ladders, much less being on concrete floors, for 10 hours at a time. So I did the math and thought I could pull it off.

So far so good, then again I've only been officially retired for 24 hours now.

    Andy man,

Crazy, funny-ass airman at Barksdale AFB - a hundred years ago. Good luck on your retirement, hope your health improves and thanks for all your work on this site.
